Ninety patients by sunset

“We see ninety patients a day. For many of them it is the first time they have seen a doctor.”

Dr Samir leads one of the two mobile clinic teams. They drive out at dawn and set up under a tree or in a school yard.

Most days begin with children with fever and end with older patients who need their blood pressure checked. Mothers come back for every visit before and after birth.
